Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your rewards, points, and activity history will be permanently removed. Please ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance before proceeding.

At Earnify Studio, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

How to Request Account Deletion

1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Earnify Studio app and log in
Tap on Profile or Settings
Scroll down and tap Account Settings
Select Delete Account
Confirm your decision and submit the request

Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account

2 Email Request

Send an email from your registered email address to:

info.earnifystudio@gmail.com

Subject: "Account Deletion Request – Earnify Studio"

Please include:

Your registered email address
Your username (if applicable)
Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)
Any additional details to help us identify your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete the following data:

Account Information

Profile information (name, username)
Login credentials (email/phone)
Profile picture and bio
Account preferences and settings

Financial Data

Wallet balance and points
Reward history
Pending payouts
Payment method details

Activity & Usage

Video watch history
Task completion records
App usage analytics
Preferences and interactions

Device Information

Device identifiers (GAID, IMEI)
IP addresses
Location data (if collected)
Push notification tokens

What Data May Be Retained

For legal, security, or compliance purposes, we may retain limited records for a specified period:

Financial & Tax Records

Transaction logs, payout records, and tax-related information required by:

Federal and provincial tax regulations (Pakistan)
Anti-money laundering (AML) laws
Financial audit requirements

Retention Period: Up to 7 years as required by law

Fraud Prevention & Security

Limited data to prevent abuse and protect our community:

Fraud detection records
Banned or suspended account logs
Dispute resolution records
Terms of Service violation history

Retention Period: Up to 3 years for security purposes

Legal & Compliance

Records necessary for legal compliance:

Data required by court orders or legal processes
Records needed for ongoing legal disputes
Compliance with Google Play and platform policies

Retention Period: As required by applicable law

Note: Any retained data is stored securely, anonymized when possible, and only accessible to authorized personnel. It will be deleted once the retention period expires or legal requirements are satisfied.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days.

Timeline:

Day 0-1: Request received and verification initiated
Day 2-7: Account review and data deletion process
Day 7-14: Final verification and confirmation email sent

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Warning: After deletion, your account cannot be recovered. All data is permanently removed.
