1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Earnify Studio ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of Service

Earnify Studio is a premium mobile application that allows users to earn rewards through multiple methods including:

• Watching embedded YouTube videos
• Completing offerwalls and surveys
• Participating in affiliate product purchases
• Spinning lucky draws and daily rewards
• Viewing rewarded ads
• Purchasing custom products
• Referring friends
• Claiming daily bonuses and streak rewards

Points can be redeemed for various rewards including cash via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Have a valid Google Play Store account

4. Earning Points

Points are earned through the following activities:

• YouTube Videos: Watching embedded content to completion (10-150 points per video)
• Offerwalls: Completing surveys, app installs, and offers from third-party providers (Rs. 50-500 per offer)
• Lucky Draw: Daily spins for winning prizes (10-10,000 points)
• Rewarded Ads: Watching video and banner ads
• Referrals: Inviting new users (500 points per successful referral)
• Daily Bonuses: Login streaks and daily rewards

Note: Point values and earning rates may vary and are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.

5. Point Redemption & Payout Policy

Minimum redemption threshold is 500 points (equivalent to approximately Rs. 50 after 35% calculation).

5.3 Withdrawal Methods

• EasyPaisa - Direct to mobile wallet
• JazzCash - Direct to mobile wallet
• Bank Transfer - To Pakistani bank accounts only

5.4 Incorrect Payout Information

5.5 Processing Time

Payout requests are processed within 3-6 weeks due to verification procedures. During peak periods, processing may take longer. We do not guarantee instant or same-day payouts.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or emulators
• Creating multiple accounts (one account per user)
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the point system
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or cheating
• VPN usage to access from restricted regions
• Using virtual private networks to change location
• Violating Google Play Store policies
• Any form of abuse or exploitation of app features

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities
• Create multiple accounts
• Use unauthorized software or tools
• Abuse the rewards system

Upon termination, all accumulated points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. We may also ban the user's device from future access to the app.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
